Starting with the award for 2021, we introduced a new way of accepting book submissions. Instead of providing a fillable PDF submission form, we are asking authors and publishers to enter the submission details on-line.
The steps in this process are as follows:
Please fill in as much information as you can, beyond those items marked as essential. This means full addresses.
If your book has two authors, please precede the second author's name with ' & ', E.g. 'Samuel Smith & Jenny Jones'. The ampersand (&) is important in separating the names.
If you do not have a publisher or publisher's contact, please put "Self Published" in both the Publisher and Contact Name boxes, and leave the other publisher contact details blank.
As a self-publisher, you need to ensure that your book has an ISBN number. See the following site for information about obtaining ISBN numbers in Canada:
