The only financial transactions processed through this site are membership fees, donations and purchases of event tickets paid by debit or credit card. Event tickets are sold using the Ticket Tailor service. As all payments are processed through the Stripe payment processor, we do not submit any information to governmental agencies or other companies to assist in fraud prevention or investigation. The amounts of fees and donations are recorded for membership tracking purposes only. Information is not provided to any company for marketing purposes.

May 25, 2018:
Changes were made to this policy to reflect that we are now handling the online payment of membership fees, though these are accepted through the secure services of the Stripe payment processor.
Sept 28, 2019:
The policy was amended to include the online payment of donations using credit and debit cards. We collect contact information from donors for the purposes of providing receipts for income tax purposes.
October 24, 2023:
The policy was updated to reflect the addition of event ticket sales through Ticket Tailor. As purchasers may also make donations, name and address information is also captured to use in preparing receipts for income tax purposes.
